All product returns for refunds are valid after 48hrs of delivery.

Absolutely NO refunds for Slice payment or pay later orders, only exchanges or store credit are available. 

Exchange Shipping labels are free! Due to outgoing shipping being free, respectfully all Returns must be paid for buy purchaser.  

We are 100% independent business with customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list. 100% Customer satisfaction can be expensive but its worth the reward of happy, loyal customers. Full refunds are ruled on a case to case basis and will be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee which is a common practice in our tier of retailers.
