Returns & Exchanges Policy
All exchanges and store credit requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Orders placed using Slice or any “Pay Later” services are strictly limited to exchange or store credit—no exceptions.
Exchange shipping labels are provided at no cost.
As all outbound shipping is complimentary, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
